Stock SKUs ship from MOQ 500 pcs. OEM (logo + custom packaging) from 1,000 pcs. Full ODM (new mold or custom firmware) from 5,000 pcs. We can occasionally arrange trial orders below MOQ — ask us during the RFQ stage.
Which certifications do I actually need for my target market?
EU: EN71 Parts 1–3, CE, RoHS, plus battery UN38.3. US: ASTM F963, CPSIA, FCC ID, UN38.3. UK: UKCA. Canada: CCPSA. We bundle the right test reports for your destination automatically. If you also need third-party verification (SGS / Intertek / BV), we can arrange.
How long does an AI toy order take from RFQ to delivery?
Sample: 7 days. Production for stock SKUs: 25–35 days post-deposit. OEM with custom packaging: add 7 days. Full ODM: 75–110 days from sign-off. Ocean freight adds 20–35 days depending on destination; air freight 5–7 days.
Can I get full OEM — my brand, my AI character, my packaging?
Yes. We support four customization layers: L1 logo/tag (free with first order, MOQ 500), L2 custom packaging (MOQ 1,000), L3 custom AI personality/voice (MOQ 2,000), L4 full ODM with bespoke mold (MOQ 5,000).
How are AI toys different from regular plush from a safety standpoint?
Two key adds. First, the electronics module must be safely sealed and removable for washing — we use IPX4-rated inner cores. Second, AI toys need radio/EMC compliance (FCC, CE-RED) and battery certification (UN38.3) on top of the toy-safety stack. We handle both regulatory worlds in-house.
What payment terms do you support?
30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment is standard. L/C at sight is supported for orders above $50,000 USD. PayPal accepted for samples and orders under $5,000. We can also work with Alibaba Trade Assurance on first orders.
Can I visit the factory before placing my first AI toy order?
Yes — and we strongly encourage it. We'll arrange the factory trip, hotel and driver. If you can't travel, we'll do a live video walkthrough of the production line and your specific SKU. Remote third-party audits (BSCI / ICTI) can also be commissioned.
