No hidden margin

Our fee structure is transparent — 3–8% agency, or fixed per-SKU. You see the factory invoice. No kickbacks, no rebates, no sneaky markup on freight.

If we wouldn’t ship it to our kids

We don’t ship product that fails AQL or smells wrong. We will hold your container until it passes — even if it means renegotiating with the factory at our cost.

Your brief is yours

Mutual NDA on first contact. We don’t shop your spec to other suppliers. We don’t copy your IP onto a sister brand. We’ve turned down $400k+ deals over this.

Decline before disappoint

If a brief doesn’t fit our capability or our network, we say so on day one — and recommend someone else. Better to lose one deal than burn a relationship.
